Why should I purchase from Traffic Mad?
Traffic Mad offers the best traffic in the industry. If you are looking to have more sales, more return visitors, people bookmarking your site, and a good conversion rate, then the traffic we sell is for you.
Do you use spam to generate visitors?
No, our traffic is generated through pop-unders, pop-ins, banners, and expired domains. We have a VERY large publisher network, and we have TONS of traffic. There is no need for us to use proxies or other shady ways.
What is a pop-under?
A pop-under is like a pop-up except that it loads underneath the current page rather than over it. This form of advertising is much more superior because it is less intrusive.
What size are your pop-unders displayed?
Our pop-unders are delivered at full screen for maximum viewing quality. The pop will automatically adjust itself to fit the viewers max screen resolution.
What if a visitor has a pop-up blocker?
If a user has a pop-up blocker, our traffic server script will not execute. This means that you will never get counted off for a visitor using a pop-up blocker since no advertising will be displayed to that person.
Is your traffic unique?
Yes, the traffic that we deliver is 24 hour unique.
What does 24 hour unique means?
24 hour unique means that every visitor we send to your website within a 24 hour period will be totally unique. If the same visitor sees your site more than once in the 24 hour period, that does not count towards your campaign total.
Do you offer stats or any kind of report with my campaign?
Yes, you can get real-time stats to show you the progress of your campaign. But please note, you must request this service (send a support email requesting this service, please include the URL you purchased the traffic for) as we don't provide it after your purchase.
How can I make my campaign more effective?
Optimize your site to make it load quickly ordesign a page that not only loads quickly, but makes use of things such as special offers, good color schemes, etc. Anything that may appeal to your target audience.
I've just ordered, when will my campaign start?
Your campaign will go live within 12 hours, but in most case, much quicker. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is activated.
How long will my campaign run?
It depends on the number of visitors that you order and what we set your daily cap at. Generally you can expect your campaign to finish within 10 days.
What if my server goes down?
We can't be held liable in these cases. Please be sure that your server can handle the actual number of visits before purchasing. However, in the occurrence of a server outage or some other foreseeable problem, you can send us a support email requesting that we pause your campaign. Then once your server is back-up you can request we start the traffic again.
Will I make more sales and have a better conversion rate?
This is dependant on factors such as your site's sales copy, design, load time, color scheme, and overall presentation. But since we are selling targeted traffic, if you have a product the visitors are interested in, you can expect sales and a good conversion rate.
Why does my hit counter not match up with your stats?
There are many reasons that a visitor will not register with your server.
* A user cancels out the window before your site loads (your server is loading to slow)
* The user is on a slow connection and the request times out
* The user is behind an ISP with a proxy ex. AOL
* The user's browser served the request from cache instead of from your server
* Your site was unavailable at the time of request (your server is/was down)
* Your tracking software could not handle concurrent connections
